Pasta con Aglio

This dish is sooo simple yet so incredible good… and healthy too with all that garlic. All you need is garlic, olive oil, black pepper, peperoncini, and fresh grated parmesan cheese. I used to eat this a lot as a child at my grandparents’ place when I was visiting them on holidays.

Boil the water for the pasta with olive oil and salt. Add the pasta when the water is boiling. In the meantime, on a hot pan put olive oil and about 4-5 cloves of pressed garlic. Make it become golden but be careful not to burn the garlic. Add some peperoncini. Mix it all with the pasta and add some fresh black pepper and grated parmesan. Buon apetito!
